Sunday (1994) have unveiled a deluxe edition of their second EP, ‘Devotion’, which is available now via RCA.
This expanded version includes three new tracks, and follows their recent European tour with The Last Dinner Party, where they played 17 dates across the continent.
The deluxe edition introduces ‘Shame’, a new single inspired by the film ‘Heavenly Creatures’. “When two heavenly creatures are forced apart by small-minded preachers, one takes matters into her own hands. Because sometimes life itself is sick in the head,” the band explain.
‘Darling, I’ve Done This Dance Before’ was inspired by the “messy, tender chaos” of Paige’s life before meeting her bandmate and partner Lee, while ‘The Fairground’ was inspired by an Oasis concert.
