As It Is have shared their new single ‘Lose Your Way & Find Yourself’ ahead of their September UK dates

As It Is have released a new single, ‘Lose Your Way & Find Yourself’, marking the transatlantic pop-rock quartet’s first music from their classic line-up since 2018 and their debut for new label FLG.

Written after a period of personal and collective upheaval, the track arrives as the group reconnected away from the pressures of the studio. Frontman Patty Walters says, “I now have brothers because of As It Is,” adding, “Because of how much they loved me and showed up for me when I needed them. I feel like we are going to be brothers first always and till the end because of that.”

Co-founder Ben Langford-Biss explains, “We haven’t written a song together that is brutal heart on sleeve honesty in what we have gone through without having to fit it to a narrative or fit it to an album,” continuing, “However you can never manufacture genuine connection with people. Just find what is honest to you and honest to your journey, and that’s all any artist has to offer to the world.” Reflecting on their reset, Walters adds, “In the past I had no choice but to be in As It Is. This new era of the band is my choice. Our choice. A choice.”

The single follows recent activity that includes ‘A Decade Uneventful’, a b-sides and rarities collection, and a full guest-laden re-recording of their debut album, ‘Never Happy, Ever After’.

As It Is returned to larger stages at Slam Dunk festival and now head out across the UK to celebrate the latter before a new chapter planned for 2026.
