Jehnny Beth is celebrating her new album release with a video for ‘Out Of My Reach’

Jehnny Beth has shared the video for new single ‘Out Of My Reach’ with her new album ‘You Heartbreaker, You’ out now via Fiction Records, arriving as she returns from two Sheffield shows supporting Queens Of The Stone Age.

Directed by Zak Watson with art direction from Jehnny Beth and Johnny Hostile, the clip reflects the live-first approach behind the project. “Performing live has always been at the heart of my creative process, and it was also the starting point for this new album,” Jehnny said of the video. “Now, as we prepare to head out on tour, it felt like the perfect moment to capture the energy of the live show in this new music video.”

Recorded and produced by longtime co-creator Johnny Hostile at their 20L07 studio in France, ‘You Heartbreaker, You’ continues Beth’s collaboration with Hostile. “We’re living in a dark time, full of drama and barbarous tragedy. It became clear to me that, in these times, we either learn how to scream really well, or we learn how to whisper,” Jehnny says of the record.

Beth has announced headline dates across the UK and EU for October, including two London shows at Electrowerkz and The Camden Assembly on 30th and 31st October.
