salute has teamed up with Peter Xan for new dance single ‘Gbesoke’

Manchester-based producer salute has shared their latest single ‘gbesoke’, featuring Nigerian-British indie-rock artist Peter Xan.

The track marks salute’s first new music of 2025, following their collaboration with Jessie Ware on ‘Heaven In Your Arms’ and their debut album ‘TRUE MAGIC’.

“Gbesoke originally came about during the making of my album, TRUE MAGIC, but it wasn’t until after its release that the production clicked for me,” salute explains. “With Peter Xan and I both having Nigerian heritage in common, it’s sick to have his Yoruba roots shine through in the lyrics. ‘Gbesoke, lo le’ is essentially a call to put your hands up and dance. We’re really stoked to be able to share this one with you.”
