Nottingham’s Midnight Rodeo have shared new single ‘Daisy’, the second preview of their debut album ‘Chaos Era’.
The track arrives ahead of the band’s first full-length record, which will be released on 11th July through FatCat Records. The album has been mixed by Grammy Award-winning engineer Claudius Mittendorfer, known for his work with Sorry, Temples and Parquet Courts, and mastered by John Webber.
Speaking about the new single, the band explain: “‘Daisy’ is about that moment in a relationship when you realise you no longer want to be in it and deserve better. Nothing will come to save you; you have to do it yourself. It’s about learning to be patient with yourself in those experiences and learning to take the time to get to know yourself again.”
The five-piece collective, comprising Maddy Chamberlain, Jim McBride, Harry Taylor, and Ferg Moran, will tour the UK this autumn.
