Sound the klaxons! Wolf Alice have updated their social media presence and website, hinting at new material under the title ‘Bloom’.
The band’s refreshed online channels now feature a new logo, alongside a password-protected website. Some fans have accessed the site, revealing a page titled ‘Bloom – Wolf Alice’, potentially indicating the name of their fourth album or an upcoming single.
The group’s updated branding includes the phrase ‘Every flower needs to neighbour with the dirt’ (which is in an image file named ‘lyrics’), while frontwoman Ellie Rowsell has shared several flower-themed photographs on Instagram. Bassist Theo Ellis contributed to the floral motif with a sunflower emoji posted on X/Twitter.
Wolf Alice have been engaging with fans on social media, responding to speculation about new music. When one fan mentioned dreaming about a new Wolf Alice album announcement, the band replied: ‘Dream or vision?’
The band signed with Columbia Records in early 2024 after completing their previous three-album contract with Dirty Hit. Their most recent album, ‘Blue Weekend’, was released in 2021, reaching number one in the UK charts.
Wolf Alice are scheduled to perform at Glastonbury 2025 and Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Liverpool.
