Green Man Festival have announced the headliners for their sold-out 2025 edition, with Kneecap, Wet Leg, Underworld, TV On The Radio and Beth Gibbons set to top the bill.
The festival, which takes place in Wales’ Bannau Brycheiniog National Park from 14th – 17th August, sold out in just 60 minutes without announcing any acts, becoming the first UK festival to completely sell out for 2025.
Belfast rap trio Kneecap will make their Green Man debut with their largest UK festival headline slot to date, performing on the Far Out Stage on Thursday night. Isle of Wight’s Wet Leg are set to headline the Mountain Stage, following their first Green Man appearance opening the Far Out Stage in 2021. Electronic duo Underworld will bring their catalogue of techno to the festival, including material from their 2024 album ‘Strawberry Hotel’.
The festival will close with co-headliners TV On The Radio and Beth Gibbons. Brooklyn’s TV On The Radio will perform tracks from across their career, while Portishead vocalist Gibbons will present material from both her band’s catalogue and her 2024 Mercury Prize-nominated solo album ‘Lives Outgrown’.
Additional acts announced include Wunderhorse, who released their second album ‘Midas’ last year, alongside CMAT, Perfume Genius, MJ Lenderman & The Wind, and Nilüfer Yanya. Mercury Prize winners English Teacher return to the festival, while emerging artists including jasmine.4.t, mark william lewis, and oreglo are also set to perform.
