Ashaine White has announced a new EP ‘Look What You Made Me Do’

Ashaine White has announced details of her new EP ‘Look What You Made Me Do’, set for release on 22nd May via 5dB Records. The London-based artist has also shared the EP’s lead single ‘Let Me Down’.

The new EP, produced by Gilberto Mallindine-Bettini at 5dB Studios, features additional production from William Wormald on the track ‘Not My Person’. The collection marks a departure towards a more guitar-driven sound, blending 90s rock influences with soul and pop elements.

“‘Let Me Down’ is a song about the people in your life that are supposed to be for you and on your side, and the realisation that they’re actually against you,” White says. “You may be frustrated, hurt and angry, but ultimately have to rely on yourself to pick yourself up and carry on.”

White has also confirmed a series of live performances across the UK, including appearances at The Great Escape Festival and KOKO.
