Spotify have announced a new “Create Cover Art” feature, allowing users to design custom playlist artwork using stickers inspired by Tyler, The Creator’s discography.
The feature includes ten stickers drawing from Tyler’s visual aesthetic, incorporating elements from his albums including the green-splattered Chromakopia art, ‘IGOR’, and ‘Flower Boy’. The collection features items such as the Chromakopia shipping container, ‘Call Me If You Get Lost’ driver’s license, the IGOR wig, and designer luggage pieces.
“Here’s how: Go to your playlist, tap the three dots, and select ‘Create cover art’,” Spotify explained in their announcement.
The feature arrives as Tyler, The Creator maintains over 50 million monthly listeners on the platform, with his music appearing across 162 million user-generated playlists. His latest album, ‘Chromakopia’, was released last October.
