Avalon Emerson launches ‘Perpetual Emotion Machine’ project with new cover song

Avalon Emerson has announced a new project titled ‘Perpetual Emotion Machine’, releasing a cover of Oppenheimer Analysis’ ‘Don’t Be Seen With Me’ via Dead Oceans.

The project is described as a living, evolving venture focused on creating connections through dance music, drawing from various genres and decades of dance music history.

“These songs were created for my DJ sets. Whether they’re entirely original, edits to recontextualize old favorites, instrumental, or feature me singing, they are all part of my perpetual emotion machine. And the machine steams on,” Emerson says.

The release marks Emerson’s return to dance music following 2023’s ‘Avalon Emerson & The Charm’.
