BLACKPINK’s Jisoo has released her debut mini-album ‘Amortage’, led by the single ‘Earthquake’.
The six-track record features three additional B-sides: ‘Your Love’, ‘Tears’ and ‘Hugs and Kisses’. The release arrives alongside a music video for ‘Earthquake’, which follows Jisoo as she is questioned about her feelings for a love interest after having her phone confiscated following a tremor.
“My debut mini album ‘Amortage’ is finally here! It is a collection of stories about love – the highs, the lows and everything in between,” Jisoo says of the new EP. “I poured my heart into this project and I’m so excited to share it with you all. Thank you, BLINKS, for your endless love and support. This one’s for you!”
The mini-album marks Jisoo’s first musical output since 2023’s ‘Me’, which featured the track ‘Flower’ and B-side ‘All Eyes On Me’. It also serves as her first release through her newly established label Blissoo, following her departure from YG Entertainment.
Between musical releases, Jisoo has starred in Coupang Play and Prime Video’s K-drama series Newtopia alongside Park Jeongmin, marking her second leading role after 2021’s Snowdrop.
