Pencil have released their new single ‘Sparkling Water’ via State51.
The London five-piece, comprising Coco Inman (violin), Dom Potts (bass), Kamran Khan (acoustic guitar + vocals), Thomas Fiquet (drums), and Cai Burns (electric guitar + vocals), have previously released two singles and performed at festivals including Green Man and The Great Escape. They have also supported The Japanese House on tour, garnering attention from BBC 6 Music, where they recorded a live session for Marc Riley.
“‘Sparkling Water’ is the sound of a shared daydream. We swim together through a fantasy that threatens to become a nightmare, both playful and fearful in equal measure,” the band share.
