Nova Twins are back with their new single ‘Monsters’

Nova Twins have shared their latest single ‘Monsters’, marking the start of a new era for the band.

The track was recorded with producer Rich Costey, known for his work with Foo Fighters, Deftones, Sam Fender, and Muse.

Amy and Georgia explain the song “is about awakening to and understanding your mental health. Growing up, we often look outward, absorbing what life throws at us. Over time, the good and bad experiences start to settle. Before learning to navigate these feelings, you may face self-loathing, anxiety and a fear of who you’ve become. Confronting these emotions, breathing through them, and opening up to someone can help. Many people struggle with mental health, and this song aims to show vulnerability and let our audience know they’re not alone.”

The band have also recently announced a performance at London’s Omeara as part of BRITs week in aid of Warchild, on 24th February.
