The 1975’s Ross MacDonald has remixed Polly Money’s new single ‘Anything’

Polly Money has released a remix of her single ‘Anything’ by Ross MacDonald of The 1975.

The original track draws from Money’s experiences touring as a live guitarist and vocalist with The 1975 over the past 18 months, with the new version, titled ‘Anything (Cool Online x Ross MacDonald Remix)’, part of MacDonald’s newly-announced remix project, Cool Online.

MacDonald says of the collaboration: “There’s a certain level of camaraderie and understanding that comes from touring with someone for a number of years – both musical and personal. I feel like Polly and I quickly garnered that relationship on the road and it made making this remix, not just an absolute joy, but quick and with little needing to be said. I feel very lucky to have my first remix be of one of my favourite people to play on stage with and, now, work with in the studio.”

Money adds: “It’s been such an honour to have Ross remix ‘Anything’. Not only has he created a banger, but I’ve also gotten to work closely on my own music with a friend that I love and respect dearly – both on and off the stage – which has been a real privilege. We’re so excited to share this first collaboration with everyone!”
