Tkay Maidza has covered MGMT’s ‘Electric Feel’

Tkay Maidza has shared a cover of MGMT’s ‘Electric Feel’ as part of Spotify’s Singles series.

The Zimbabwean-born, Australian-raised, Los Angeles-based rapper, singer, and producer’s rendition combines her vocals with alt-R&B beats and psychedelic basslines.

The cover follows the release of Maidza’s second album, ‘Sweet Justice’, which came out in autumn 2023 via 4AD. The album features collaborations with Lolo Zouaï, Amber Mark, Duckwrth, Stint and Kaytranada.
