Megan Thee Stallion and BTS’ RM have released a new collaborative track, ‘Neva Play’.
This collaboration marks the second time Megan Thee Stallion has worked with the BTS camp, following her contribution to a remix of the group’s 2021 dance-pop hit ‘Butter’.
Teasing the collaboration on Instagram last week, Megan Thee Stallion shared the song’s comic book-inspired artwork, commenting: “This is one of my favorite RM verses I’ve heard! I’ve never heard him rap in this style before.”
The track follows Megan Thee Stallion’s third studio album ‘Megan’, released in June, and RM’s latest solo record ‘Right Place, Wrong Person’, which arrived in May.
BTS are currently on hiatus as the members complete their mandatory military service in South Korea. During this period, several members have pursued solo projects. The group is expected to reconvene in 2025.
