The Futureheads have announced ‘Decent Days & Nights: The Singles’ collection, and a 2025 UK tour

The Futureheads have announced the release of a new singles collection.

‘Decent Days & Nights: The Singles’ is set to arrive on 29th November, featuring 19 tracks from throughout the band’s career, including ‘The Beginning of the Twist’, ‘Hounds of Love’, ‘Decent Days and Nights’, ‘Struck Dumb’, and ‘Radio Heart’.

Barry Hyde says: “We are delighted to be working with Cherry Red to release this singles collection; they are a label we have admired for many years and this album feels like a landmark and crossing point in our time together as a band. We are looking forward to hitting the road in 2025 to celebrate its release and will use the experience as a pivot point from which we can jump into new creative activities and move forward together as an artistic force.”

Ross Millard adds: “Putting this singles collection together is really exciting for us as a band – it’s a chance to honour the records we’ve made and celebrate these songs with our fans. I know albums like this can serve as a portal for new audiences too – a collection of singles is a great entry-point to the band. We can’t wait to tour it in 2025 as well.”

The collection will also include new sleeve notes and previously unseen photographs, chronicling the band’s journey from their formation in Sunderland in 2000 to their 2019 album ‘Powers’.

The Futureheads have also announced a UK tour for early 2025 in support of the release. The dates read:

FEBRUARY
22 Electric Ballroom, London
23 SWX, Bristol
24 New Century Hall, Manchester
28 Rock City, Nottingham

MARCH
1 Stylus, Leeds
2 Boiler Shop, Newcastle
