Kim Gordon is set to release her third solo album ‘Play Me’ this Friday via Matador Records. Ahead of the album’s release, Gordon has shared the title-track along with a video directed by Barney Clay.
The album features previously released singles including ‘Dirty Tech’, accompanied by a Moni Haworth-directed video, and the lead track ‘Not Today’, which was paired with a short film by Kate and Laura Mulleavy of Rodarte, with Christopher Blauvelt as director of photography.
Gordon has also announced a series of North American tour dates for the spring and summer, including a show at Sid The Cat in Los Angeles on April 2nd, with more performances in cities such as Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, San Francisco, and Vancouver.
These dates are in addition to her previously announced UK and European headline and festival dates this spring. Tickets for the new shows go on sale this Friday.
