First Aid Kit are set for a special London show with Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra

First Aid Kit are set to return to London for a unique performance at the Royal Albert Hall, accompanied by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. The Swedish duo will perform on 29th September 2026, marking their only UK show of the year.

The concert will see First Aid Kit, comprising sisters Klara and Johanna Söderberg, play their breakthrough album ‘Stay Gold’ in its entirety. The second half of the evening will include a mix of their favourite tracks, spanning both old and new material. This performance will be their second at the venue, following their 2014 show in support of the same album.

The Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra will join First Aid Kit, with Erik Arvinder conducting. The collaboration will bring the duo’s harmonies to a grand symphonic scale, set in the historic surroundings of the Royal Albert Hall.

First Aid Kit comment: “We’re thrilled to announce that we’re playing a very special show at Royal Albert Hall on 29th September. We’ll be joined by the incredible Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, performing ‘Stay Gold’ in its entirety for the first half of the evening. The second half will be a mix of our favourite songs, old and new. This truly feels like a dream come true. Just thinking about this night makes us teary-eyed. It will be our only UK show this year, so make sure to get your tickets. We can’t wait to share this with you.”

Tickets will be available from Friday 13th March at 10am GMT.
