SASAMI has announced the release of ‘Blood On The Silver Screen: Director’s Cut’, a reimagined version of her 2025 album.
This expanded edition features new reworkings and remixes by collaborators, including ‘Honeycrash (Angie McMahon Cut)’ and ‘I’ll Be Gone (Patti Harrison Remix Cut)’, both available now. The album is set for digital release on 27th March via Domino.
Reflecting on her musical journey, SASAMI shares, “Celebrating one year of ‘Blood On The Silver Screen’, I feel like I’m reaching the end of a three-album long cycle in my life, where I’ve stretched my brain and spirit into a lot of different realms of music making.” She notes the influence of various genres throughout her career, highlighting a return to her classical roots.
In support of the release, SASAMI will embark on the Blood On The Silver Screen Reimagined Tour. “Expect choirs and strings and experimental instrumentation from me and my guest artists—something different at each show,” SASAMI explains.
