Bombay Bicycle Club are set to play four intimate shows in London, revisiting the grassroots venues where their journey began as teenagers.
The band will perform two consecutive nights at The Camden Assembly, followed by two nights at Nambucca, marking their 20th anniversary. During these performances, the band will exclusively feature songs from their earliest EPs, singles, and MySpace demos.
Support acts for each show will be chosen from a virtual battle of the bands competition held online, specifically for groups with members aged 18 or under. Tight Lines will support on 13th and 14th March, while Call Me Animal will open on 20th and 21st March.
Tickets for these shows will be available through a prize draw, with proceeds directed to the Universal Music UK Sound Foundation, a charity supporting music education for children. Each £10 entry provides a chance to win two tickets. The entry deadline is 12pm on 9th March for the first two shows, and 12pm on 16th March for the latter two.
This summer, they will headline London’s LIDO Festival on 14th June, performing two sets featuring their second LP ‘Flaws’ and debut album ‘I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose’.
