Bea, previously known as Bea and her Business, is embracing a new phase in her career with the release of her latest single, ‘Can’t Help Falling Out Of Love’.
Having realised that her former stage name no longer resonated, she has opted for a fresh start. The single, co-written with Matt Maltese and produced by Jordan Riley, delves into themes of vulnerability.
“I look back at the music I’ve produced over the past three years, and I see a young girl who had just left school trying to figure out who the hell she was,” Bea reflects. “I wanted to be a pop star singing pop songs, doing big cool impressive things, and I wanted to shock people. But I think it’s time to strip it all back. I don’t feel as much of a need to prove that I am a load of things that I am not anymore. Having had time to think things over, I’ve come to the conclusion that actually, there’s nothing better than a great power ballad.”
