Wings of Desire have released a new single, ‘Nothing Left To Give’

Wings of Desire have released new single ‘Nothing Left To Give’, continuing their project of releasing a track on each new moon of the 2026 lunar calendar.

The duo — Chloe Little and James Taylor — will combine the singles into an album called ‘Stand Still Like The Hummingbird’, due on the final new moon of the year, 9th December. Each release is accompanied by a visual piece.

“Modernity has long demanded a channeling of human energies and emotions into patterns that are moulded by economic and disciplinary requirements,” the band said. “Some days we feel like we have nothing left to give but somehow we keep on pushing.”

The single follows their 2023 anthology ‘Life Is Infinite’ and 2025 standalone single ‘a few more years’. The duo have previously toured with Editors, Nation of Language and Bleach Lab.

Wings of Desire play London’s The Lexington on 12th March.
