Nashville-based band Free Throw have revealed plans for their upcoming album ‘Moments Before The Wind’, set to be released on 27th March 2026 via Wax Bodega.
The record was produced by Brett Romnes, known for his work with Hot Mulligan and The Movielife, and the band recorded the album in two sessions around their touring schedule.
Frontman Cory Castro describes the album’s thematic exploration of liminality, likening it to “being stuck in a doorframe or a long hallway that never ends.”
Accompanying the announcement, the quintet have also released the first single, ‘A Hero’s Grave’.

Free Throw have announced a North American tour, beginning in St. Louis on 12th April and wrapping up in Chicago on 17th May. After the tour, the band will perform at 2000trees festival.
