FOCUS Wales has unveiled the first wave of artists for 2026, including shame, Fat Dog and more

FOCUS Wales has announced the first wave of artists for its 2026 edition.

The names include Idlewild, shame, Fat Dog, Deerhoof, PISS, The Moonlandingz, Moonchild Sanelly, Gwenno, Bill Ryder-Jones and CLT DRP.

Co-founder and Head of Music Andy Jones stated, “There’s much more to come, but this first announcement already reflects the spirit of the festival at its best — forward-thinking artists from around the world, bold new voices from Wales and the wider UK, and a shared sense of creativity that crosses borders and traditions. I think our audiences will feel that energy the moment they arrive.”

FOCUS Wales is supported by the Arts Council of Wales, Welsh Government, and PRS Foundation’s Talent Development Network. Further artist announcements and conference programme details will be released in the coming months.
