Dream Nails have released their new single ‘House of Bones’ and announced some UK in-store events

Dream Nails have unveiled their latest single ‘House of Bones’.

It’s a track from their forthcoming third studio album ‘You Wish’, which is slated for release next year via Marshall Records. Accompanying this release, the band have announced a series of in-store events across the UK.

“This song is about finding strength within yourself – and safety in your own body,” shares drummer Lucy Katz. “It’s about finding stability and resilience within. You can’t control how other people act, or act out, but if you hold strong and always know yourself, then wherever you are, you’re always home.”

Guitarist Anya Pearson adds, “For me, this song speaks to overcoming the prejudice we’ve always faced as women in the music industry. From being told where to plug in my guitar, to not being permitted backstage because it’s ‘bands only’. House of Bones is saying: Haters will hate, but we keep going, no matter what.”

Vocalist and bassist Mimi Jasson also comments, “Nova Twins have an incredible song called ‘Bassline Bitch’ which we love, and which inspired this song in its simplicity, and extremely gnarly bass part. For the music video, we featured our two jiu jitsu fighter friends – their sparring is just like the song itself – both powerful and playful at the same time.”
