Nova Twins have joined forces with Amnesty International UK to highlight human rights on tour

Nova Twins have announced a partnership with Amnesty International UK to promote the right to protest during their forthcoming UK tour.

This collaboration is part of Amnesty’s Change the Record initiative, which aims to connect artists with human rights causes to initiate meaningful conversations through music and creativity.

The partnership emerges in response to increasing concerns over the UK government’s restrictions on peaceful protests. Nova Twins comment, “We’ve always believed music is about more than sound, it’s about standing up, speaking out, and being heard. On this tour, we’re proud to stand with Amnesty International to spotlight their brave work defending human rights around the world and protecting our right to protest, speak truth, and place love over hate.”

Gemma Gillie, Head of Media PR & Supporter Communications at Amnesty International UK, adds. “This collaboration with Nova Twins is so important, giving fans the opportunity to come together and show their solidarity and support for human rights. This work has never been more urgent.”

During the UK leg of their tour, Nova Twins will be selling limited edition merchandise featuring a poem by the band, with all profits supporting Amnesty’s efforts in challenging anti-protest laws and advocating for free speech.

The dates read:

FEBRUARY
14 Button Factory, Dublin, Ireland
15 O2 Ritz, Manchester, England
17 Wulfrun Hall, Wolverhampton, England
18 O2 Forum Kentish Town, London, England
