English Teacher, girli and Katy J Pearson are taking part in War Child’s Day of the Girl shows

English Teacher, girli and Katy J Pearson are set to play a series of intimate UK shows in support of War Child UK’s Day of the Girl campaign.

The run will see girli appear at Oslo in London, English Teacher perform at Liverpool’s Hangar 34, and Katy J Pearson take to the stage at London’s The 100 Club. War Child is a specialist charity working to protect, educate and stand up for the rights of children living in conflict zones worldwide.

girli said, “Girls are the group most affected by war worldwide so I’m really excited to be raising money with War Child for Day of the Girl”.

Katy J Pearson said, “I will be playing a gig at The 100 Club on the 12th of October with two of my favourite artists supporting, Sarah Meth & Jimmy Means Smut. This gig will be raising money to provide vital support to women in war zones. Thank you to War Child for having me!”

Pre-sale sign-up is open until 14:00 on 3rd September. General sale opens at 10:00 on 5th September. Communion ONE is the promoter partner, with DHL sponsoring the event. Since 2021, Day of the Girl has raised over £250,000 for War Child.
