Honeyglaze have shared ‘Turn Out Right’, the second track to be taken from Opus Kink’s ‘A Hideous Collective’, a 24-track compilation raising funds for Music Venue Trust and the UK Artist Touring Fund.
The release will arrive via Hideous Mink Records in partnership with SO Recordings on 5th September, with the compilation available on vinyl and CD exclusively through independent record shops.
Introducing the song, Honeyglaze’s Anouska Sokolow said, “This is a really barebones demo of a song that never made it onto ‘Real Deal’ LP). Its themes are similar to other songs on the album in that it’s a melancholy tongue-in-cheek, but ultimately hopeful.”
Curated and spearheaded by Opus Kink, the artist-led project brings together new and reworked material from Wunderhorse, English Teacher, Katy J Pearson, Lambrini Girls, Antony Szmierek and others.
