Fontaines D.C. have partnered with CALM on a limited-edition T-shirt for suicide prevention

Fontaines D.C. have partnered with the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) on a limited-edition T-shirt to raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention as part of the charity’s ‘Lifelines’ campaign.

The shirt features the cover art from the band’s fourth album, ‘Romance’, on the front, and the lyric ‘It’s Amazing To Be Young’ from their 2024 single on the back. Designed by @texas.ldn and printed to order by charity merch provider Teemill, it is made from organic cotton and available for a limited window via CALM’s official shop. All profits will fund CALM’s services.

CALM’s ‘Lifelines’ is a series of music-inspired apparel collaborations that use lyrics as messages of hope, with additional designs contributed by Blossoms and Inhaler. The charity reports that 6,929 people aged 15–24 in the UK lost their lives to suicide over the last decade, while 39% of those aged 18–34 have experienced a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts over the past five years.
