Just Mustard have announced their new album ‘WE WERE JUST HERE’ and shared its title track. The record is set for release on 24th October via Partisan Records.
The Dundalk group of Katie Ball, David Noonan, Mete Kalyoncuoğlu, Rob Clarke, and Shane Maguire produced the album themselves, with mixing by David Wrench (Frank Ocean, FKA twigs). Recording took place at Black Mountain studio in Dundalk. The title track arrives alongside a video directed by Greg Purcell.
‘WE WERE JUST HERE’ follows 2018’s ‘Wednesday’ and 2022’s ‘Heart Under’, the latter their Partisan debut. Earlier this year, Just Mustard released ‘POLLYANNA’ – their first new track in three years – and outlined a handful of intimate shows. The band have also toured internationally in support of ‘Heart Under’, including dates with The Cure, and appearances alongside Depeche Mode and Fontaines D.C.
