Spinal Tap have teamed up with Elton John for a new version of their classic track ‘Stonehenge’, taken from their upcoming album ‘The End Continues’.
The track arrives alongside the forthcoming mockumentary ‘Spinal Tap II: The End Continues’, which sees the return of David St. Hubbins, Nigel Tufnel and Derek Smalls (Michael McKean, Christopher Guest and Harry Shearer) alongside documentarian Marty Di Bergi (Rob Reiner). The new film follows the band as they reunite for one final concert, picking up 41 years after the events of the original ‘This Is Spinal Tap’.
The new album features thirteen tracks, including nine new songs and four reimagined classics. Alongside Elton John, the record includes collaborations with Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood.
