Twin Atlantic are going to reissue their ‘Great Divide’ and ‘Vivarium’ albums, and put on two special live shows

Twin Atlantic have announced two special reissues to mark significant moments in their career – a 10th anniversary edition of 2014’s ‘Great Divide’ and the first vinyl pressing of their 2009 debut album ‘Vivarium’. Both releases are set to arrive on 21st November via Red Bull Records.

The 10th anniversary edition of ‘Great Divide’ will feature a limited edition LP with a bonus 7″ including unreleased material, alongside a new Dolby ATMOS mix. The original 12-track vinyl has been unavailable since 2016. ‘Vivarium’, which was initially released on CD and digital formats, will receive its first-ever vinyl pressing, complete with new mastering and artwork.

“Great Divide took us all over the world and gave us the loudest singalongs of our lives. To mark its 10th birthday, we’re reissuing it on special edition vinyl with new artwork and two bonus tracks including an unreleased demo and a live song from Glastonbury. We’ll be playing the whole record live in Glasgow and London – the two cities where it means the most,” says frontman Sam McTrusty.

Bassist Ross McNae adds: “This record has always been about the connection between the songs and you, the fans who gave it life. As a thank you, we’re also doing the first-ever vinyl pressing of Vivarium and playing it in full as our own support act. Thanks for sticking with us – here’s to another decade.”

The announcement follows the band’s appearances at several summer festivals, including Download Festival, Isle of Wight, 2000trees, and TRNSMT. To celebrate these releases, Twin Atlantic will perform both albums in full at two special shows.
