Alessi Rose has shared her fab new single ‘Everything Anything’

Alessi Rose has released new single ‘Everything Anything’, the third track to be taken from her upcoming Polydor Records EP ‘Voyeur’.

The London-based artist’s new track, co-written with producer Couros, follows her debut performance at this year’s Glastonbury. The song details the real-life story of a former partner moving onto her street.

“‘Everything Anything’ pokes fun at the utter absurdity of having someone who you once were so close and intimate with now becoming a total stranger,” Rose explains. “It’s vulnerable but also deeply ironic and feels like the stream of consciousness, confessional rant you’d share with a friend at a sleepover.”

The eight-track EP ‘Voyeur’ features production from Sam De Jong, John Hill, and Sammy Witte. “On Voyeur, the voyeurism is twofold,” Rose says. “The audience becomes a voyeur of my innermost thoughts and feelings through the music, but additionally I am a voyeur of myself and my own sometimes self-sabotaging decisions. I wanted this EP to feel like the unfiltered version of events that you tell your closest friends, and I feel like the bluntness and stream-of-consciousness lyrics reflect that. I don’t care how I’m perceived because I trust the listener.”

Rose recently completed her first US tour dates and supported Dua Lipa across European arenas. She will join Tate McRae on the North American leg of the Miss Possessive tour this August.

The full tracklist for ‘Voyeur’ reads:

SIDE A: 1. ‘Same Mouth’ 2. ‘Take It or Leave It’ 3. ‘Everything Anything’ 4. ‘Stella’

SIDE B: 5. ‘That Could Be Me’ 6. ‘RIP’ 7. ‘Bittersweet’ 8. ‘Dumb Girl’
