Deftones have announced their tenth album ‘Private Music’, and confirmed a UK tour

Deftones have announced their tenth studio album ‘private music’, set for release on 22nd August via Reprise/Warner Records.

The Sacramento band have shared new single ‘my mind is a mountain’ alongside the announcement, which premiered on Zane Lowe’s Apple Music Radio show. The album sees them reunite with producer Nick Raskulinecz, who previously worked with the group on ‘Diamond Eyes’ and ‘Koi No Yokan’.

Recording took place across multiple locations in California, including Malibu and Joshua Tree, as well as Nashville, Tennessee. The album features eleven tracks, including ‘locked club’, ‘ecdysis’, ‘infinite source’, and ‘departing the body’.

The band have also announced a European and UK arena tour for early 2026, with support from Denzel Curry and Drug Church. Before that, they will complete their current North American run, which includes shows across Canada and the United States.
