Hot Milk have announced their biggest UK headline tour to date, set to take place in autumn 2025. The Manchester band will be joined by special guests Cassyette and Silly Goose for the run of shows.
The tour announcement follows Hot Milk’s headline performance on the K! stage at Slam Dunk, and a US tour. The dates coincide with the release of their second album ‘Corporation P.O.P’, which arrives via Music For Nations on 27th June.
Speaking about the new album, vocalist Han Mee discusses its political foundations: “I’ve always felt like a bit of a white knight – it’s my duty to save the world somehow. I feel very, very impacted by the world’s issues, consistently. I wanted to be an MEP [Member of European Parliament], that was my dream.”
The record maintains strong ties to the band’s hometown, with Mee explaining, “Manchester is the best f’in city in the world. We started this band in Manchester, it’s intrinsic to me and who I am. It has to bleed into the art we create, because it helped me create it.”
‘Corporation P.O.P’ was produced by the band’s Jim Shaw, alongside Zach Jones and KJ Strock, and was recorded live to capture the group’s heavier sound.
