Au/Ra has returned with her raw new single ‘Blah’ after three-year break

Au/Ra has returned with her first solo release in three years, unveiling new single ‘BLAH’ via Polydor Records.

The alt-pop artist’s latest track arrives as the closing chapter of Act 1, marking a period of personal growth and artistic transformation. The release coincides with Au/Ra’s birthday on 15th May.

“BLAH is a song I wrote to let out my frustrations. I’ve been pursuing my career since I was 13, and I feel like up to now, everything I’ve gone through has been like music industry finishing school. I love writing in riddles and metaphors, but I wanted this song to be more angry, raw, and straightforward than anything I’ve done before,” Au/Ra explains.

The track arrives alongside a music video directed by Kassandra Powell, featuring Au/Ra in a boxing ring.

Her dates in full read:

SEPTEMBER
15 YES, Manchester, UK
16 Camden Assembly, London, UK
18 Kantine Am Bergahin, Berlin, Germany

Tickets go on general sale on 23rd May.
