Little Simz has announced details of her new album ‘Lotus’, set for release via AWAL Recordings on 6th June.
The album features collaborations with Moses Sumney, Miraa May, Wretch 32, Cashh, Michael Kiwanuka, Yussef Dayes, Sampha, Lydia Kitto, Yukimi Nagano, Obongjayar, and Moonchild Sanelly, with the latter two appearing on the single ‘Flood’.
Simz has also recently been announced as the curator of the Southbank Centre’s Meltdown Festival, marking the event’s 30th edition. The 11-day festival will feature performances from The Streets, Sasha Keable, Lola Young, Ghetts, and Jon Batiste. Simz will close the festival with a performance alongside Southbank Centre Resident Chineke! Orchestra.
