Sam Ryder has announced his biggest headline show to date, set to take place at London’s Wembley Arena on 6th November.
The announcement follows Ryder’s recent return with single ‘White Lies’, co-written with Nick Lobel (Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Harry Styles). The track marks the beginning of a new era for Ryder, who has recently partnered with independent label Artist Theory after departing from major label representation.
“I saw my first ever gig at Wembley Arena, it was Sum 41 and I was crammed right in the back wondering if I’d ever get to jump around on stage like those legends,” Ryder says. “22 years later, here we are, and it still doesn’t feel real! We’re stoked to put together an insane show for you, and so thankful that the road from that first gig led here.”
The singer has been working on new material both in the UK and Nashville, where he has been developing his sound with a new team of collaborators. Ryder is also set to make his Glastonbury debut this year on the festival’s Avalon Stage.
