Radiohead’s members have formed a new business entity, inevitably sparking speculation they’re about to do ‘stuff’

Radiohead have formed a new limited liability partnership, marking their first such business venture since the release of ‘Kid A Mnesia’.

The band incorporated RHEUK LLP on 10th March, with all five members of the group participating in the formation. The move mirrors their previous approach to releasing music and touring outside of traditional record label structures.

Historically, Radiohead have used similar partnerships ahead of major releases and tours. The group established Spin With a Grin before ‘Kid A Mnesia’, Dawn Chorus LLP prior to ‘A Moon Shaped Pool’, Xurbia Xendless Ltd. before ‘In Rainbows’, and Ticker Tape Ltd. ahead of ‘The King of Limbs’.

The formation follows a pattern also used by The Smile, the project featuring Radiohead members Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood alongside Tom Skinner, who established Self Help Tapes LLP before announcing their debut album in 2022.

The band’s representatives have not provided any additional information about the partnership’s purpose. The news coincides with Radiohead’s release of a video celebrating the 30th anniversary of their album ‘The Bends’.
