Ariana Grande announces a ‘Brighter Days Ahead’ short film alongside deluxe album release

Ariana Grande has announced a new short film titled ‘Brighter Days Ahead’, set to accompany the deluxe edition of her album ‘Eternal Sunshine’.

The singer has shared a teaser trailer on Instagram, which features the return of her character Peaches, previously introduced in the music video for ‘We Can’t Be Friends (Wait For Your Love)’. Both the short film and the deluxe album, officially titled ‘Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead’, are scheduled for release on 28th March.

Grande first hinted at the expanded version during the Golden Globes, stating, “There’s something I made last year that will come out eventually. It’s an attachment of ‘Eternal Sunshine’, so that does exist and that will be coming out at some point.” She later confirmed the release at the Oscars red carpet, saying, “Soon means 10 days or less. I’m not allowed to use this word at the moment. I’m not going to use that word today. I’ll say that.”

The deluxe edition follows the original version of ‘Eternal Sunshine’, which was released in 2024. The specific contents of the expanded version have not yet been revealed.
