While She Sleeps share ‘Two The Flowers’ short film about grief and healing

While She Sleeps have released ‘Two The Flowers’, a short film sequel to their previous work ‘To The Flowers’, marking one year since the original’s debut.

The new film continues the story of the character Zach, exploring themes of trauma and grief. The project, written and directed by the band themselves, extends beyond their musical output as part of their commitment to in-house creative production.

“Through all areas of our journey, we dedicate ourselves to the detailed and conscious curation of everything you hear, see and feel out of the sheer love for it. Our creations aren’t driven by validation, they are personal processes striving to capture and document our inner voice,” the band explain.

The film features performances from @bizarro_peach as Zach, @thornleya as Jenny, and @ejb_music as Miriam. The production team includes Aaron McKenzie as director, cinematographer, writer, and editor, alongside Sean Long as director and first assistant director, with additional support from Konjr Productions, Riccardo Cenci, Lisa Rustage, Waqar Syed, and Franz Kraler.

“This piece is a reminder to ourselves to focus on the relationships that matter to us most, not just in the moments of need,” While She Sleeps add.
