Scowl release new single ‘B.A.B.E’ and announce UK and European tour

Scowl have shared their new single ‘B.A.B.E’ from their forthcoming album ‘Are We All Angels’.

The track, which stands for ‘Burned At Both Ends’, continues the hardcore outfit’s exploration of intense musical dynamics. The band have drawn parallels between the new single and their earlier work, particularly ‘Shot Down’ from their ‘Psychic Dance Routine’ EP.

“‘B.A.B.E’ is another explosion of emotions stemming from both overwhelm and excitement,” Scowl explain. “We felt that the song’s punchy nature and quick switches from melody to scrapping angst resembles a mature version of ‘Shot Down’ from our ‘Psychic Dance Routine’ EP. Lyrically ‘B.A.B.E’ dives into our vitriol for the extreme circumstances we as a band subject ourselves too in order to live our dreams.”

The band have also announced a headline tour across the UK and Europe, culminating in appearances at both Slam Dunk Festival dates.
