Lip Filler contend with bad habits on their first track of the year, ‘Leeches’

Lip Filler have released their first single of 2025, ‘Leeches’, produced by St Francis Hotel.

The South London band’s new track follows their recent single ‘Tricky’, with both songs set to appear on a new project later this year. The release comes ahead of their performance at London’s Shacklewell Arms on 17th January, curated by The Murder Capital.

Frontman George Tucker says: “Leeches is about someone who’s lost control of the wheel. Letting their bad habits and insecurities get the better of them until they can no longer trust anyone, damaging the relationships of everyone they hold dearest.”

The band have previously released two EPs, their self-titled debut in May 2023 and ‘witchescrew’ in spring 2024.
