KEY UPDATE
UPDATED: 11:55 AM BY DAN HARRISON
Rising star Aziya has made her triumphant return with new track ‘i’m in love, believe it’. The London-based artist’s first release since last year’s ‘BAMBI’ mixtape sees her diving headfirst into the terrifying waters of actually fancying someone, with characteristically brilliant results.
“Who would have thought it – love finally found me. I’m in love, I’m terrified and I wrote a song about it,” she explains. Aziya’s been properly busy lately, fresh off supporting Lola Young on her Australian ‘This Wasn’t Meant For You Anyway’ tour and playing every festival worth its salt.

Birmingham’s finest indie upstarts Overpass have dropped their latest banger ‘Take It Or Leave It’. The track, which lands ahead of their upcoming EP ‘Dependent’, is all about embracing your authentic self – even when that self is a bit of a mess.
The EP is set to grace our ears on 28th February, and the band – Max Newy, India Armstrong, Elliot Rawlings and Jake Bishop – are taking it on the road with a massive headline tour. You can catch them at proper grown-up venues including London’s Scala and Birmingham’s O2 Institute, plus festival stops at Sound City, Neighbourhood Weekender, Kendal Calling and Victorious. They’ll be kicking things off at Eurosonic on 17th January, before proper tour duties commence at Newcastle’s Cluny on 20th March, wrapping at Victorious Festival on 24th August.
HotWax serve up another absolute banger because they’re nice like that
KEY UPDATE
UPDATED: 11:50 AM BY DAN HARRISON
Rising stars HotWax have just dropped ‘One More Reason’, a proper festival-ready stomper that started life in none other than Warpaint’s Stella Mozgawa’s Joshua Tree studio.
The track, which sees frontwoman Tallulah Sim-Savage diving into the delightfully messy territory of loving someone so much it’s actually quite annoying, comes complete with a Josh Quinton-directed video.
The single marks the third preview of their highly-anticipated debut album ‘Hot Shock’, which is set to land on 7th March. You can catch the band celebrating at a special launch party at London’s The Divine, complete with exclusive merch and special guests. They’re also embarking on a massive run of in-stores and headline shows throughout March and April, before rounding things off with an appearance at the Kaiser Chiefs and Cribs All Dayer at Temple Newsam Park, Leeds, on 31st May. Busy bees, these lot.
Khruangbin are taking their groovy space jams on a proper massive North American adventure
UPDATED: 10:30 AM BY ANDREW WESCOTT
Houston’s finest purveyors of psychedelic funk have announced they’re spending most of 2025 wandering around North America, spreading good vibes and impeccable basslines wherever they roam.
The trio will kick things off with a hometown-adjacent Texas run in April before zigzagging their way through a proper feast of headline shows and festival appearances. The sprawling tour includes stops at some properly massive venues and festivals, including BottleRock Festival in Napa Valley, Electric Forest Festival in Michigan, and the rather delicious-sounding Bourbon & Beyond Festival in Louisville.
The journey begins on 9th April at Texas Trust CU Theatre and wraps up at the aforementioned bourbon bash in September, with tickets for headline shows going on general sale this Friday at 10am local time. Festival tickets are available through their respective websites.
