Bilk have shared new single ‘Go’, taken from their upcoming second album ‘Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll’, set for release on 24th January.
“‘Go’ is a rock and roll banger and I think my influence of hip hop comes through on this one a lot. You can hear the grimey flows and that. The song is just about me doing me and everything that’s sorta happened in the last year or so,” frontman Sol Abrahams explains.
‘Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll’ was recorded at Edge Studios and Silkmill Studios with producer Andy Gannon. The album features bandmates Luke Hare on bass and Harry Gray on drums.
Following the album’s release, Bilk will embark on a headline tour across the UK and Europe, including their largest London show to date at Electric Ballroom.
