Polly Money, The Pill and Vincent’s Last Summer join Welly on the Dork Hype List Tour 2025

Get ready for a Really Very Big 2025, Dear Reader. As we told you last month, Dork‘s iconic Hype List Tour is back-Back-and-indeed-BACK(!!!), and it’s set to be louder and wilder than ever. Headlined by electric upstarts Welly, tickets are available now, below.

But we’ve got much, much more than that in store, as we add more new names to the bill – Polly Money, The Pill and Vincent’s Last Summer! Plus, we’re delighted to reveal we’re also returning to London for a show at Colours Hoxton on 12th February – get tickets to that here.

Since our launch back in 2016, Dork has become the ultimate hype machine for buzzy new music, tossing ‘the rules’ out the window in favour of pure, unfiltered excitement and talent. For those not in the know, the Hype List is Dork’s annual crystal ball, predicting the stars of tomorrow. Just look at The Last Dinner Party – they were on the 2023 Hype List before even dropping a single, and now? They’ve hit the stratosphere with their debut album ‘Prelude to Ecstasy’, smashing records like nobody’s business. They’re following the path of previous Hype List legends like Wet Leg, Declan McKenna, Billie Eilish, and Rina Sawayama, who soon went from bubbling under to breaking through.

Leading the charge this year are Welly, the South Coast’s finest, who are remixing the game with their punchy brew of bratty punk and indie charm. The first name we’re revealing for the 2025 edition of the Hype List, they’re one of the most chaotic (and therefore brilliant) new acts in ages. With singles like ‘Shopping’ and ‘Soak Up The Culture’, they’re blending smart, sharp British pop with grassroots edge and irrepressible charisma.

They’ll be joined on all dates by the magnificent Polly Money. After spending a significant chunk of time on the road as part of The 1975’s live set up – where she became a bit of a beloved star in her own right – Polly is back in her own spotlight as she takes to the Hype List Tour, dropping 5-star alt pop classics. In Bristol, London, Southampton and Nottingham, the bill will be completed by the riotous talents of The Pill – probably one of the most exciting new acts we know – while in Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester and Glasgow we’ll host the equally buzztastic and brilliant Vincent’s Last Summer.

The adventure kicks off at Bristol’s The Louisiana on 1st February and zigzags through Leeds’ Oporto (6th), Newcastle’s The Grove (7th) and Manchester’s Deaf Institute Lodge (8th). The road trip winds down with stops at Glasgow’s McChullis (9th), London’s Colours Hoxton (12th) Southampton’s Heartbreakers (13th), and wraps up at Nottingham’s Bodega (15th).

The first port of our massive 100th issue celebrations that will run throughout 2025 (more on those ‘in due course’), the Hype List Tour promises to deliver Dork’s signature mix of new music finds and unforgettable live shows, sticking to our tradition of shining a light on tomorrow’s headliners, today. We’ll see you there.
