Inside Butlin’s Bognor Regis, where salt-tinged air mingles with decades of British holiday memories, Rockaway Beach is gearing up for its most ambitious celebration yet.
The festival’s tenth birthday isn’t just another seaside shindig; it’s a curated collision of indie royalty and emerging talent. Between headline acts Leftfield, RIDE and Spiritualized, festival-goers will find the Dork crew doing what they do best: bringing chaos and charm in equal measure with a live edition of Down With Boring and commanding the decks for a DJ set too.
The lineup reads like an indie kid’s letter to Santa, with Arab Strap‘s brooding narratives sharing space with BODEGA‘s art-punk manifestos, Georgia‘s electronic ventures, and Hamish Hawk‘s literary pop. Add to that mix Katy J Pearson, Liz Lawrence, Lime Garden, The Pill, The Itch, and Sprints, and you’ve got yourself a great start to 2025.
And yes, there’s a buffet that deserves its own headline slot.
Rockaway Beach will take place from 3rd-5th January at Butlin’s Bognor Regis. For more information, visit rockawaybeach.co.uk.
