Jamie xx’s ‘Waited All Night’ has had the remix treatment from Nia Archives

Nia Archives has remixed Jamie xx’s ‘Waited All Night’, taking the original 2-step track into jungle territory.

The new version of the track, which features Jamie’s The xx bandmates Romy and Oliver Sim, comes as the first remix from his recent album ‘In Waves’.

“I was so buzzin to remix this one as ma favourite tune from jamie’s new album,” Nia says. ‘Had to go full happy hardcore mode on tha flip and it’s been going off at all ma US/EU tour dates the past couple of months!!”

The remix also follows Nia’s debut album ‘Silence Is Loud’, which was recently shortlisted for the Mercury Prize.

Jamie xx is currently in the midst of a world tour, which includes a recently-announced headliner at London’s LIDO Festival.
