Everyone Says Hi have confirmed a few new shows.
The band are set to embark on a series of live dates to coincide with their upcoming self-titled debut album, set for release on 31st January 2025 via Chrysalis Records.
The band, fronted by ex-Kaiser Chiefs’ songwriter and drummer Nick Hodgson, will perform two headline shows as part of Independent Venue Week in January, followed by a run of UK instore appearances.
Speaking about the Independent Venue Week dates, Hodgson says: “We’ve just finished a tour of small independent venues in the UK and it really brought into focus for me how precious they are. There are people all over the country working so hard to bring live music to their area and when people turn up and love the gig it really feels like the beginning of something.
“It’s a cliche to say that without the small venues there would be no arena bands and festival headliners but it’s definitely my experience with Kaiser Chiefs and I’m sure for the other guys in the band that independent venues aren’t just a cute little step along the path, they are the path.”
